TikTok app download issue on iPhone
The Tik Tok app is working on my friend’s phone but now I can’t download the app to use it. How can the app work but not be available to download in the Apple Store?

Apple is following the law that is currently in place and enacted by Congress and approved by the Supreme Court.

The fines that both Google and Apple face for allowing the app in their App Stores has NOT been lifted.
When that would happen is pure speculation and speculating is not allowed on this Support Site, so you will just have to wait and see how it plays out.
