Telegram App not Showing up in Settings "Notifications" List

I use an Iphone 16 Pro. For some reason Telegram does not show under "Settings", "Notifications". I Noticed this as I uninstalled the APP and when I wanted to connect my telegram I was not receiving the activation codes. I Can not set any notifications as it does not show as per above mentioned.

When going to "settings" "Apps" then it shows that the app in installed although I can not access any notifications settings.

I Also have sms/mms activated with my service provider.

Restarted my phone numerous times.

Deleted the app and installed the latest version of Telegram at this time its Version 11.6.2

I Have an Iphone 16 Pro

Please advise as to what might cause this issue or how to fix this?

Notification Preview when Screen is Locked, Notification Alerts, Notification OFF, and much more...

To get Notifications when the Screen is locked see the pic below which is self-explanatory
To turn ON notifications selectively for apps, go to Settings > Notifications > Scroll Down to the App and turn ON notifications... Change notification settings on iPhone - Apple Support (IN)
Some apps have their own notification settings over and above the iOS notification settings: An example of Instagram Notification settings is given below

I have made 4 GIFs using iPhone 6 for Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram and Facebook Messenger for in-app notification settings which overrids Notification settings on your iPhone.

Instagram Notification Settings

Hi there SravanKrA. Thank you for your reply although it does not solve the actual issue. Telegram app does not show under Settings > Notifications >. There is no way to set Telegram notifications.

Not sure if I am making sense?

And note this is for the Iphone 16 Pro.
