Random, delayed app notifications on iPhone

Why does my phone randomly notify me from different apps all at once , then 45 min goes by, then same thing happens again but with different apps saying I was notified well before my actually did. For instance I’ll get a notification on IG , I click it , and it said I got it fifteen minutes ago. But my phone just told me, almost as if someone has already went through my new notifications before I do.

If you connect to Wifi, doesn't necessarily mean you are connected to the internet. --> Internet not available WiFi and Cellular … - Apple Community

Use Wi-Fi Assist. This will automatically switch to Cellular Data if the device is not connected to the internet.

It is already on WiFi assist when this was happening . So no you’re wrong . Something is going on and it’s getting weird . My notifications come in waves and no I don’t have a schedule for them to arrive , all my settings are where the need to be . I know what I’m talking about . It’s not a coincidence I get one notification the another 5 seconds later . Then they stop for hours then all of a sudden I get a phone call and what do you know ? I get a text right after that then all of a sudden ten seconds after that Facebook is telling me i have new

notification's . Then nothing for HOURS then all of a sudden my email goes off then a second later my Snapchat gets a notification . It’s sketchy and something or someone is goin through my personal things
