Screen Time showing 5+ hours on certain apps. (I use my phone max 4 hours a day)

This has been happening on and off since December 2024. I have parental controls from 9PM to 5AM, blocking all apps, which is when it says most of these happen.

(I have the latest update and update apps frequently)

Screen Time is high on apps I don’t use When I checked my screen time today it said I’ve been on settings app for 8 hours even though I’ve only been on my phone for 2 hours. Screen Time not reporting My screen time is not reporting any time I spend on my phone. I get a “as you spend time on your phone, your screen time will be reported” message only. I’ve tried disabling and reenabling, restarting, etc. Is there any sort of other way I can do some sort of “hard reset?” I’m considering an iOS reinstall for this as well as other reasons, as I have not done a reinstall in well over 5 years

Notifications, received email and texts, and pushed data to apps can occur any time the phone isn’t powered off.
