Streaming quality issues on Apple TV for Fitness Plus

I’m using fitness plus, my watch, and my Apple TV. You would think having paid so much, I could get some level of a workout without freezes. It’s incredibly disruptive to have my video feed pause every minute or so. I have fiber internet and a good connection. Is anyone at Apple paying attention to stream quality!?
