Fitness Plus Not Loading on Apple TV

Ok I got this working, what I did was hard reset my Apple Watch.

Please follow these steps:

Press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown until the screen turns black and the Apple logo reappears, then release both buttons.

You should now be able to open your fitness plus app on your Apple TV re-pair the watch and it should work.  

Connect with your iphone first. Let Apple Fitness load your “for you screen” then select your profile again and log in with your watch.

This is the workaround that got it working for me.

This has started happening to me since my TvOS updated to 18.4. My watch is currently 10.6.1, but it worked fine with 18.3. I can still airplay AF+ from another device to the TV but the app was very convenient.

I have the same issue but for me it’s the “for you” labeled tab. Tried everything basic, restarting all the devices, contacting Apple support and told me to call a number by morning. Why even paying for the fitness app if it’s not going to work. I’m sure third party apps have better customer service and basic functionality covered.

Exact same issue here. Can’t open the app direct in Apple TV I have to cast it from my phone everytime.

Hard resetting my watch worked for me as well. Fitness is once again working on my Apple TV.

I tried this, initially it seemed to work. Unfortunately the next day I am back with the loading spinner.

So surprising Apple doesn't fix basic things like this!
