iPhone 16 Pro locked up during verification of update 18.1 to 18.2. Status bar not moving after 1 hour of wait.
I have tried update and restore and no change. Status bar start on screen then freezes.

iOS 18.2 is no longer current, and Apple stopped signing it (meaning upgrading to it is no longer possible) on January 13.
Obtain the latest release from Apple.
