Vodafone callers not hearing ringing tone on iPhone 16 Pro Max

For a few weeks when I receive calls people have mentioned that they can’t hear a ringing tone when they call me but my phone rings like normal and i can answer the call. This is when Vodafone call me on my iPhone 16pro max. Had my line checked and no issues. anyone experiencing this?
