I want my phone to vibrate on silent and not vibrate with sound on. Is there a way to do this? Currently the phone will ring AND vibrate when sound is on and vibrate only when in silent mode. Current Settings: in Sounds and Haptics/Ringtone and Alerts, I have "Haptics" set to "Play in Silent Mode" and I have a ringtone selected and text tone selected; and in Notifications/Phone I have "Allow Notifications" set to "on".
