I'm new to Iphone, can you set the following settings?
For calls my phone to ring and for everything else just to vibrate.
E.g. Incoming phone call/whatsapp call to ring&vibrate, while text/whatsapp/messanger notification to vibrate (not silent) only.

You can manage general ring/silent settings under Settings > Sounds & Haptics. Ensure that Vibrate on Silent is enabled.
Then for individual apps under Settings > Notifications you may be able to tweak the notifications to where it plays no notification sound. For example in Messages app under Settings > Notifications > Messages > Sounds, there is an option for "None". This allows notifications to still come through but no audio, and your iPhone should still vibrate when the message comes in.
The ability to do this will vary by the individual apps notifications settings.
