Phone is intermittently sending calls directly to voicemail. These are people in my contact list. I have checked all the suggested fixes…do not disturb, muted…. I have an IPhone 12 and IOS 18.1.1. This is driving me crazy. Anyone know of any fixes? I also get a lot of calls failed when calling using my contact list but not when I type in the number on keyboard.

Have you thought of updating from iOS 18.1.1 to the latest version iOS 18.2.1?
Two separate lines of service means two different sets of settings that your carrier controls.
I have 8 lines of service (children and grandchildren) from AT&T and occasionally a grandchild/child will call with the issue and I tell them to call AT&T and in 10 to 15 minutes the issue is resolved. The kids don’t do anything except restart their iPhone when the support person tells them to. Your experience could be different. But at least in my case(s) it’s the carrier.
Don’t think it’s the carrier. My husband has same phone and contacts and does not have a issue.
