Mac mini M4 Pro upgrade stuck window with no input response

After getting my new Mac mini up, running and upgraded I am still getting this semi transparent window that pops up say OS Upgrade Available. It was two selections Details and Later. However you can't actually select either. The mouse cursor will not work nor the keyboard. Help!

I have checked and the OS and applications are all up to date.
