Question: After reading the fix suggestions for the Beta Apple Intelligence, I still can't figure out how to turn it off to attempt a fix since my iMac is still stuck "downloading." Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Thanks, Captain Obvious! Let me try to re-phrase my question to better reflect what I meant: Is there a way to “stop” or “interrupt” the option? Before you suggest another obvious solution, yes, I restarted the iMac but it’s still “stuck” downloading (or attempting to download) Apple Intelligence. For further clarification, we live in the mountains so fast Wi-fi isn’t continually available & taking the computer to the library isn’t practical.
Calling me that, was rather rude, but the only thing I can think of is to reinstall MacOS.

Logically, you can't turn off something that hasn't been fully turned on. Once Apple Intelligence loads and then becomes active, you can turn the Apple Intelligence & Siri switch off.
