The Clean Up tool with Apple Intelligence can remove objects in the background of your photo. To do it, select a photo, click Edit, then in the sidebar should appear “Clean Up”. You can then scribble on objects to remove, or auto-detected objects will already be highlighted which you can just tap to remove.
