I’ve looked at everything possible under settings and checked online, and still cannot figure out why when my phone is locked, I’m missing texts and phone calls because there are no notification sounds unless my phone is unlocked!
I need help figuring this out, as I’m missing important work/ client calls and such.

Thank you, I checked all of those things and they were all established correctly, with Notifications on. I double and triple checked, and was still having the problem!
What finally worked, is turning off Sleep Focus, which was scheduled for 10:00pm - 7:00pm. This appeared to have worked, even though the problem was existing outside of that scheduled time frame. It appears that I can no longer utilize any Focus feature on the phone.
