FaceTime Icon missing for a specific contact on iPhone 16 Plus

Hello,

So I'm gonna start this with my wife and I are first time Iphone users. She has 15 pro and I have a 16 plus both currently updated to 18.2.1.

The issue is just on my phone calling my wife (just my wife) I dont have the icon to facetime thru the call app. However, if I go to her contact card the video icon is there and we can facetime that way and thru the facetime app. But when she calls me she has the icon in her call screen. Again only her contact this is an issue and only thru the call app. What are some suggestions to getting the icon on the call screen?
