I have been having issues with my iPhone 15 plus so I checked the new update 18.2. When I look at the ISO Version iOS 18.2 (22C152) it is coming up as if I'm a developer and it is showing to be installed on an XR. It was downloaded from IPSW to my phone. How is this even possible?

I never download anything other than what shows up on my iPhone to update when I shows up to be updated. I never go download any other form or update. I questioned this because my phone been acting weird including my MacBookAir

Never download from anywhere else but Apple.
