doesn't show the update the new version of iOS 16

i am an owner of iPhone 13. i live in Greece , the update to the new version of software in many devices that i know and in lowest models have been done and submitted. unfortunately on my iPhone 13 shows that the current software 15.7 is the current and doesn't give me a notice for further update . what should i do. i also tried to make the update with the mac and not wirelessly . but with no result . thanks in advance
