Phone not ringing when someone calls

iPhone 13.

When people call me the phone doesn't ring.

This has only been true in the last couple of weeks.

I have checked through all the cures suggested.

When I press the LHS buttons the ringer has a Red Bell with a cross through it on the left.

The buttons work the slider ok.

I would be grateful for any help please
