Apple Intelligence & Siri in Settings keeps reverting to Spanish

iPhone is set in English. Keyboard is set to English and Spanish. Apple Intelligence and Siri setting is reverting to Spanish automatically even when setting it to English. This is happening after 18.2 update. When in reverts to Spanish Siri does not work neither Genmoji. I performed a soft reset but the problem persists.

And I still had apple intelligence in English (U.S.) But then the next day it went away saying your iPhone’s language is set to French (Canada). But my Siri is till set to English. I followed the above to change Siri's language from Japanese to English but I followed Apple's instruction to change Siri's language from Japanese to English (I live in Japan) but Siri keeps speaking Japanese and does not respond well or not at all to English. How do I solve this????

iOS 18.5: Cannot switch dictation languages Problem: if you have bilingual keyboards configured (EN- UK, DE-DE in my case) you cannot switch to the second language when using microphone input. https://youtube.com/shorts/aHDB6_w2j7I?si=7AN8iUv-Z1Ut1g72 Irrespective of which keyboard you select, dictation reverts to the first. Context: Verified in different messages apps and Apple notes in iOS 18.5 Work around: Delete the bilingual keyboards in your settings and create individual keyboards, rejecting the suggestion to turn them into bilingual. Remark: I could never figure why Apple can’t hear the difference between the two languages and adjust automatically. Not even Apple Intelligence can auto-detect. Very frustrating.
