iOS 18.5: Cannot switch dictation languages

Greek. I have it added as a separate keyboard a long time ago. It worked just fine for dictation until one of the recent updates (I believe it stopped working when iOS18 was installed).

Now when the keyboard is switched to Greek, typing works fine but Greek dictation produces irrelevant words in English.

When going to dictation settings the Greek language is visible but it does not let me choose it.
