Bilingual Language Confusion on Apple Intelligence

So I’m bilingual in two languages (English, and French.) I was bored yesterday so I put my iPhone’s language in French. And I still had apple intelligence in English (U.S.) But then the next day it went away saying your iPhone’s language is set to French (Canada). But my Siri is till set to English. Can’t this a be fixed or would I have to revert back to English?

iPhone 16, iOS 18

Your language AND Siri language MUST be set to a supported language. So yes, you need to return your language to English if you want to use Apple Intelligence. It will be this way until French is supported. Since the EU is scheduled to get Apple Intelligence in April, we can guess that French will be supported at that time, but we cannot confirm.
