hi. i cannot play any of my books on my mac for some reason.
if i double click or download it says 'books cannot connect to the internet'.
ive tried in another new user folder and it works.
i dont have any VPN, adblocker, firewall turned on.
podcasts app, music, spotify and all other apps work fine, its just books.
any ideas?

update - im able to download these from the purchases page in my account from within the books app.
but if i try and download them using the three dots next to the audiobook in the 'all' page of my library the 'no internet connection' happens.
once they are downloaded they play fine with no error.
very strange!
this is what i see.
the interesting thing is that when i go to my purchased books the 'buy' button is blue but with an animated circle.
its as if the app has got stuck somehow.
