Music App does not open on 14" MacBook Pro M3 (2023 Model)

Every time I click the Music App icon it opens up without loading the content (the whole window is empty).

As a rule it always opens with all the recently added albums visible.

Now there is nothing on the screen. And my mouse pointer when being in the framework of the Music App itself looks like a circular symbol showing that the app is still downloading but without any result.

I cannot also click the menu options for the Music App. Nothing responds.

I simply do the Force Quit over and over again.

I restarted the Mac several times. Changed Wi-Fi connection. Tried using LTE from my iPhone. Nothing helps. On all other of my Apple devices the Music App works. Something is wrong with it only on MacBook Pro.

Did anybody experience the same problem?

And what could be the solution?

Would appreciate any assistance.

First try holding down option while launching Music and explicitly choose your library, normally at ~/Music/Music/Music Library. Then close Music and this time hold down option+cmd as you launch Music to open it in its safe mode. Any better now?
