iPhone Wi-Fi DNS Fix for App Updates and Downloads

-Go to your settings

-Go to Wi-fi

-Choose the wifi connection you are connected to

-Scroll down to 'Configure DNS'

-Set to Manual and make sure you match it with the DNS on your Wifi Router.

-it is most times set to 8.8.8.8

But go to Network Settings if you have a computer connected to your network and check IP Settings for 'DNS Servers' the correct DNS will be listed. Your apps should begin to download immediately.
