Uploaded stems not playing in Logic after update

I've been having issues with logic ever since the update, if I upload a wave file stem, it will play and I can see that it's registering. If I create a new track and upload a second wave file the first one will not play anymore. Eventually neither of them will play. It's really frustrating and I've never had this happen but now it's happening every time I try to upload stems and I can't figure out how to get it fixed.

This does not happen if I record the wave myself it only happens if I'm uploading them from an email or online drive.

I figured it out, it was arming each track as I was adding them. Once I expanded the view I could see what was happening. User error!

Where do you upload to? Waht do you mean by "it will play and I can see that it's registering. " ?

Could it be that you are confusing "upload" with "download" ?

Maybe you playback the files on the same channel strip?

How do you import the tracks?

Can you post a screenshot of the main window and the mixer window?
