iPhone 16 pro charged up to 100% with 80% limit

Hi, I have an iPhone 16 pro and usually keep the charge between 25 and 80% with the limit set at 80 in the battery settings. Today I left it charging without checking on it and the battery went up to 100%. Is it a bug or am I supposed to keep an eye on it even with the limit set to 80? Thanks!

Even with the limit, your device will still charge to 100 percent from time to time. Just let your device do its thing.
