Brand new iphone 16 pro’ battery not recognized/not genuine apple battery

I bought a new 16 pro 256 gb and it had this issue. I wanted to know if anyone has the same issue. If you have this issue , what does apple do? Do they replace the phone or just replace the battery? Please do reply. My phone was sent to service center for checking.
