Iphone battery not recognized
I have used my for 1 year since I bought and there was no message and today the message says that the battery isn’t recognized please help me my battery is genuine

Try a Forced Restart on the phone. Follow the instructions very carefully, as this is a bit tricky. (Hint.....ignore the "slider" when it appears and keep holding the Side button in until the Apple logo appears. This might take another 15-20 seconds.)

If no luck....there is a hardware issue with the battery. Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop to get the battery checked and tested.
