Did you have the battery replaced recently? If yes, the shop did not install a genuine Apple battery, so nothing but trouble lies ahead. Return for a refund, since the shop was probably not Apple authorized.
If you still have the original battery in the phone, make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple Service shop to have the battery checked out.
