Getting a Sound to be a Ringtone:

One Workaround: Record this with an external device, and then create your own ring tone, using a third-party app. You'd save it as an MP3 file, and then create the ringer from it. What I use:

I do not find it under Ringtones, but I do find it under Text Tones, Classic.
