My phone doesn’t ring or get missed calls

So I recently upgraded to an iPhone 16 plus and since then when people are trying to ring me it rings for that person but my phone doesn’t ring and I don’t get a missed call.

If I restart the phone it then works but only for a brief period then it goes back to doing the same thing. Can anyone help please before I throw it out the window🤯
