Connecting Lenovo L12821 monitor to Mac mini M1 alongside Dell monitor

My Dell is working well right from the start. I also bought a pluggable USB-C Dual 4K HDMI adapter, since both monitors are also 4K. Into which port should I plug this device, since the Dell is plugged into the HDMI port at present, with no known issues. And I have Sequoia 15.2 installed

I’d suggest returning that adapter and getting a USB-C to HDMI adapter or adapter cable that depends on your M1 Mac mini’s native DisplayPort output, rather than on a DisplayLink workaround. You can find many such adapters and adapter cables on Amazon.

The only advantage of a DisplayLink-based adapter in this situation would be if you wanted to connect three displays to the M1 Mac mini and were willing to put up with serious compromises.
