Bug in retroactive application of All Rings Closed award

My understanding is that the All Rings Closed award is supposed to apply retroactively.

It looks like there’s a bug in the retroactive application of the award. I’ve been using an Apple Watch to track my fitness since 2018 and have closed all three rings hundreds on the same day hundreds, if not thousands, of times. However, my All Rings Closed award has only recorded the number of times I have closed all three rings since I upgraded my watch and/or phone (can’t tell which, because I upgraded them both on the same day).

Anyone else have this problem?
