Neither Password nor TouchID working in App Store
I have a problem with the App store (macOS Sequoia 15.2). When I click on "Install" the confirmation window is opening, but neither a password prompt is appearing nor the TouchID is requested (see attachment). I have tried several approaches:
- Deactivating the TouchID option for the App Store, reboot and turning it on again.
- Log off from the App Store, reboot and log in again.
- Log off from my Apple Account, reboot the MacBook and log in again.
Nothing yet helped. Is there something I'm overlooking?
