My iPhone 16 stuck on the "Hello" screen

I just bought Iphone 16 few days ago. It came in the mail today. It was fine when I turn it on but, the moment I clicked update to Ios 18.2, the screen stuck on "Hello" screen. I can't swipe up or press any buttons on the screen as It disappears quickly. Tried to force restart it but still the same. Went to Apple centre, they said I can fix it on my own by using Itunes. Downloaded Itunes app on my Windows laptop, signed in, plugged in type c cable to connect my Iphone 16 to laptop but, the laptop couldn't detect the Iphone. I changed the cables 3 times and still useless. What should I do?
