YouTube time limit removal issue on iPhone

I added a time limit to YouTube through settings because I wanted to use this app less. After a while it started to bother me so I went to go remove the limit. I had thought it worked but the next day after I had gotten rid of it, instead of showing me a “one more minute” or “ enter screen time passcode” it just looked like it would if you have no internet. I had full access to internet.

After a while I just changed it so my time limit was 24 hours on there and it still didn’t work. I even tried re downloading the app and removing the time limit but it still didn’t work. The YouTube app is up to date. Is there any possible way I could fix this? It’s been bothering me.
