Apple Intelligence missing after iOS 18.2 update

After the IOS 18.2 update, Apple Intelligence has disappeared! I keep getting this message as seen on the screenshot attached.

Apple Intelligence missing in 18.3 update I just updated to 18.3 and discovered the Apple Intelligence control panel does not exist. What happened to it? I want to make sure it's turned off, but I can't do that if I can't find the switch. Thanks in advance for the help.
