How do I fix Apple Intelligence not downloading after iOS 18.5 update?

For the fastest experience to install Apple Intelligence, Apple recommends a Wi-Fi network as you stated. You then said you "connected it to my another iPhone." Does that mean you are using a hotspot from that other device? Sorry but that may not work so well, instead try a stable Wi-Fi connection.

Vippy, that’s the same problem that happened to me. I looked for the reason for this problem, and it looks like iOS 18.5 is not in beta testing anymore, so it means we can’t have Apple Intelligence if we are outside the US. I’m personally in Uzbekistan currently, and I’m sure you are not in the US either. The only thing left to say is that I’m disappointed with the fact that I’ve installed something I have no chance of using, even though it takes almost 6GB of my storage

I Fixed mine that was stuck on downloading by disabling mobile data and it instantly updated on my WiFi network.

playground arrived first and after a few minutes intelligence picture worked, enabled mobile data again after it updated.

I think it gets confused to which network to use. Hope this helps everyone.
