Unable to access Apple Intelligence on iPhone 16 Pro Max in New Zealand

I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max with OS 18.2 in New Zealand and

I am unable to access Apple Intelligence. (>settings>Apple Intelligence & Siri).

No option to go on a waiting list or download.

What is my next step?

Apple Intelligence not working on iPhone 15 Pro Max after iOS 18.4 update Hi, I live in EU and i have an iphone 15 pro max (A3106 ..ZD/A) and i updated it to 18.4. Apple intelligence not working IOS 18.4.1 IPhone 16 Plus Apple intelligence is not working on my iPhone 16. I have downloaded the latest software update 18.4.1 after I saw apple intelligence was available in Europe. When I opened settings it just doesn’t show anywhere only when I try to search it up, but it takes me to the old Siri settings. Hope anyone here can help me out!
