I can’t find my passwords on my iPhone XR. It disappeared with new upgrade
The saved passwords link under settings has disappeared.

You are correct, your saved passwords are no longer in Settings. With iOS 18, there is the new Passwords App which now stores all your passwords.

The new Passwords app. Try checking the last page of your apps or searching for it using the Spotlight search. With the update, it would have automatically downloaded it to your iPhone.
