You must have a Passwords App. It's built in to iOS 18, but if for some reason it was removed, you can redownload it from the App Store.

If the App Store entry has an "Open" button, then the Passwords apps is installed on your iPhone.
Look in the App Library, the last page of the Home Screen.
If it's not there, you may have deleted it inadvertently. Download it from the App Store : App Store - Passwords.
In iOS 18, passwords were moved from Settings > Passwords to the new Passwords application, which you should find on your Home Screen.
