Can't setup Mac mini

I just bought the Mac mini M4.

disrupted the setup process due to a slow wifi. After which I was brought to the login page which I can't seem to log in

So I went into disk utility and erased the setup disk by mistake.

So now I am stuck. I can't seem to get my new Mac mini to work.

Any suggestions? I have tried to create a bootable USB with Sequoia 15.2 but the Mac mini doesn't recognise the usb drive.

I would strongly recommend first calling AppleCare to see if they can assist. You can find the phone number for your area by clicking AppleCare Contact Info

Schedule Apple in-store repair or return for a full refund. Apple will also assist set-up in store free of charge, feel free to request.
