Can I disable Apple Intelligence feature from all my Apple Devices?

I do not use SIRI on my devices, nor any other system that requires automatic access to the internet. In fact, I don't have any distraction on my phone that will allow it to beep, ring or otherwise interfere with the more important tasks in my life, like say - oh - driving. Now you want us to leash ourselves (yet again) to 'AI' - and I should be allowed to disable this. I do not see an easy path to do this - can you elaborate on how to disable, and if possible, completely remove this function. And now I would like to also completely remove SIRI because I have lost all trust in Apple not to be using data that I did not authorize them to use.
