iOS 18.2 Reverted Siri to Old Interface

I have an iPhone 15 Pro, and when I updated to iOS 18.1 I turned on Apple Intelligence. I got the fancy new Siri, which does the "border effect," and really liked that. This week I updated to iOS 18.2 and now Siri is back to the old "circle at the bottom" look. I switched off Apple Intelligence last evening and left it off overnight. This morning I turned it on, and watched as it downloaded support for Apple Intelligence. And still Siri is in the old circle mode.

I'm wondering if this is a bug in 18.2 or if there's something I'm doing wrong. I'm going to add that I have an iPhone 15 Pro and that Apple Intelligence worked in 18.1 again, lest someone say my phone might not be compatible. (I've been seeing that a lot in other discussions.) I did update my iPad Pro to iPad OS 18.2 and Siri is still in border mode, so not sure why the iPhone reverted.

I tried changing the regions to UK english and it didn't work - so swapped it back to Canada. However - I went into Apple Intelligence and enabled ChatGPT and input my login information, and after that it reverted back to the new siri and not the old bubble at the bottom. So maybe try that? Good luck!

SOLVED! Several of you all were talking about language. My iPhone was set to English (US) and so was Siri. But for the heck of it I switched the phone to Japanese, let it sit for a bit, then went back to English (US). About 20 minutes later I asked Siri something and the Apple Intelligence interface was back! I checked and Chat GPT is an option again as well.

So even though languages matched, maybe switching the phone to something off-the-wall and back again will work for the rest of you?
