Why does my Image Playground app show downloading support?

It’s been about 6 hours that when I open image playground app or genmoji I only can see page that say downloading support for image playground or genmoji . What should I do

I had a similar issue with my device, but I resolved it by keeping my iPhone plugged into the charger and connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. The update took some time, but once it was completed, I was able to use Image Playground without any problems.

I recommend connecting your device to a stable Wi-Fi network and plugging it in to charge.

If the issue persists, it might help to delete and reinstall the app. This method often resolves similar problems.

Additionally, it seems that Apple is rolling out the update in batches, which could explain the message you’re seeing.

i had the same issue when I changed the language and region to my original country location (Australia) after official public release of 18.2 because I no longer needed my language set to USA anymore. So I fixed it by still leaving my language set to my country but kept the region set to USA and straight away it came back. Hopefully this helps you.

I fixed mine. Was in the same boat. Did everything that is online to fix it and nothing worked, until...

This may be annoying, but thankfully it is not complicated. Just takes time to redownload.

1) Go to your iCloud settings in Settings app.

2) Go to the back up settings and back up your iPhone to iCloud.

3) Then completely erase iPhone.

4) Restore your phone from the iCloud backup.

My Apple Intelligence works like a charm now!

Changing the region in settings to United States and back fixed it for me. I had image playground for weeks and yesterday it started giving me the downloading message. Obviously it wasn’t actually downloading since changing the region instantly made it work.

Hi Guys I found out what the Problem was, If you have a app that you can’t download or it’s stuck, Reset Your Phone My Gemojoi image Playground app was stuck So I reseted my Phone 16 There you go FIXED works Now

Question, did you Touch a button on a Computer or Digital phone if so if image playground is downloading Sometimg and you are Concerned about it May I suggest you just delete the image playground app Or Obviously Someone behind the scenes might be telling you to Support whatever it is Just delete the app or Turn your Computer off, Good luck

Hello france256 if image playground wont download Just reset your Computer or Digital Phone I did, Just make sure you have a backup so you dont lose anything else on your Computer or phone reset and it might Just Work Good luck
