iOS 18.2 Image Playground Missing on iPhone 16 Plus

Follow the below step for UAE users.

**Settings:**

- Click on your name.

- Select “Media and Purchases” and view your account.

- Next, select “Country and Region” and change to the United States or any other country that supports Apple Intelligence.

**Note:** If you have a subscription, you must cancel it and wait until the subscription period ends.

Oh trust me. Be prepared to always be disappointed with iphone. I have had iphone for years, Every model I have had lags after a year. Nothing ever works, Things are glitchy, they can’t get any updates right to. Pure junk.

Image playground is not working after installing ios 18.2. And chatgpt also not working or not showing the icons of that apps also on my phone iphone 15 pro. Worste update ever i seen with in apple 👎🏿

That's right, you don't. iPhone 14 is not capable of running Apple Intelligence. If you want Image Playground and the Apple Intelligence features, you need an iPhone with 8GB of Ram. That means iPhone 15 Pro or Pro Max or any iPhone 16 model.

Have you ensured you are not in a country where Apple Intelligence isn't available, like the EU? Are you in China, or was your phone manufactured for the China Market? Have you gone through this link and made sure if you aren't in the EU or China or your phone wasn't made for China, that you have changed your language and Siri language to a supported language --> How to get Apple Intelligence - Apple Support (CA)

I can't find it in the App Store.

Same here. When I got the App Store and navigate to image playground, only option is “Open” but when I click on it, it just says “Apple Intelligence Required. Open the Image Playground App to join the Image Creation waitlist. Go to Settings.”

I have Apple Intelligence turned on, and when I open the Image Playground app to try to join the waitlist, it just gives me the same message, with no way to join the waitlist.

I have this problem too. I went to Apple Store and talked to geniuses, it seems to be a bug in iOS 18.2. The way I resolved was to Reset all settings in my iPhone but not ERASE your iPhone. Hope this will work for those who won’t work at this moment.

I wonder how many more people will say change to us because they don’t understand why people register their accounts in their real location.

but when I log into it, I cannot get basic apps from my real location. And when you change back, all the cards on my Apple Pay disappeared…

and the Apple intelligence not working again.

btw… on my MacBook it is working… so region is not the real problem

for those who still hasn't found a solution, we had the same problem and finally found a solution. It's a glitch. We did a "reset all settings" (which erases all settings like wifi logins and everything you did to customize and personalize your phone like ringtones, notifications, wallpaper, keyboard/privacy/display settings)... don't worry, your data should be safe...as long as you don't choose the "erase all content and settings". Once your phone reboots, turn on your Apple Intelligence in settings...and the Image Playground app should just in the homescreen. That's what happened to us. Hope this works for you coz it worked for me. :)
