My phone is an iPhone 15 Plus and I updated to iOS 18.2 and most of the features did not appear for me, such as the Image Playground application and also the genmogi feature.

No worries. I suspected you might have. If, however, the Author read the link you provided, it would have also made it clear their iPhone doesn't qualify for Apple Intelligence.

That's right. iPhone 15 Plus lacks the RAM required to run Apple Intelligence. You'd have to own an iPhone 15 Pro or 15 Pro Max to be able to use Apple Intelligence.
I have the same issue. I have iPhone 15 pro 128 memory and am running iOS 18.2 I have some new features ie cleanup and ChatGPT but no playground or Genmoji any idea on how to get these features please. I have tried going to emoji but no genmoji feature appears to click
I sorted this by changing language in the ai section after that it continued with the download ( you need to also have phone charging whilst you do this ) it carried on downloading and loaded playground and Genmoji. So if this helps anyone that would be a great outcome
