Every time I move a doc, it spreads out across the screen. How to stop that?

Hi,

I upgraded to Sequoia, now every time I move a doc it spreads out across the entire screen. And I have to move it again to get it to resume it's original size.

How can I stop that?

And what logic thinks moving a doc means I wanna cover the screen and not uncover another doc?
