wi-Fi Bluetooth not working on iPhone 12 not happy

I can’t afford no service and it only started doing it after I upgraded my phone can’t I just get rid of the upgrade and go back to one that worked?

Tap Settings > Wi-Fi
Is the setting to turn Wi-Fi on or off "grayed out"?
Tap Settings > Bluetooth
Is the setting to run Bluetooth on or off "grayed out?
If "yes" to both questions, the chip that controls Wi-Fi and Bluetooth has failed and the phone goes in for service.
You could try resetting your Network Settings to see if that helps
General-->Transfer or Reset iPhone-->Reset-->Reset Network Settings
Yes, I’ve done all that. Reset the whole phone network. Everything still Can’t use Wi-Fi Bluetooth only does it for certain hours of the day or night
